He must have been standing there for hours before another employee had turned up. The employee stared at Loki before slowly looking him up and down, stopping at his scepter. It took the employee a while before she could open her voice and what came out was not what Loki was expecting to be honest. “What do you mean he’s in the hospital?!” Loki started to panic, because when when Asgardians went to hospital they never came out, so Loki thought that Bill was dead. Once he got the details to where the hospital was located, he quickly ran to it, not wanting to waste anytime, knowing Bill could be dead at any moment.
Running down the road, finally reaching the hospital, he quickly ran in. As usual he didn’t know how Midgardians things worked so he just ran in not stopping to ask where Bill was. Although he was stopped by a member of the staff, after a couples of minutes explaining to the man who he was and why he was he here, he was finally directed to where Bill was. Slowly walking into the room that the younger man was in, he saw him lying in his bed, sleeping. Looking down at the other man’s wrist he saw he was bandaged up with quite firmly, making Loki squint his eyes and slowly walk over to the bed that Bill was lying in, not wanting to wake up him, he decided he’d just stand, so he wouldn’t make a noise by moving the chair. Standing there, watching Bill’s chest move up and down, he felt some kind of pain in his chest from just lying there. Looking down at the floor, he wondered, was he starting to feel things for this Midgardian ?
{ ♫ } — It had all happened so fast; Bill hadn’t been awake to see it, but in a matter of ten minutes the ambulance had come to his place, managed to get him back to the hospital, and gotten him in a stable condition. He had lost a lot of blood, but they were just in time to save him. His brother was already on his way to Los Angeles, currently on a plane that still had some hours until it would land, and during all of this; Bill had been unconscious. Then he’d been sleeping, and sleeping was what he had done ever since he had been put in the bed, connected to different machines to keep him stable. The Doctors had talked about a possible coma, and that was about it.
The boy started to get his senses back, and first he heard breathing in the room for a few seconds, then he was able to open his eyes. A whisper escaped him; the name of his brother. When his vision wasn’t blurry anymore, he could finally see that it was Loki, and Bill frowned before he tried to sit up; only to groan and lie back down. He was tired… Really tired. Even though he had slept for hours now he still felt like he needed some more sleep. He just couldn’t bring himself to do so as his gaze rested on the white ceiling above him.
